Q: Can't tell from the picture, does this panel have the lower 45 degree bent flange on it? Kind of looks like the spot weld outer flange is there. I guess the same question should be asked of the drivers side panel #5640.

A: Both the 5640 and 5641 have a flange where they meet the flat floor.
