Returns Policy
Please complete the RMA Form Below to start a return.
Returned Merchandise
All returns require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to being sent back. Returns received without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Returns Within 90 Days of Delivery
Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition. With an approved RMA, customers may choose either a refund to the original payment method (subject to a 10% restocking fee) or store credit.
Shipping Responsibility:
• Defective or damaged items: WILD HORSES 4x4 will cover return shipping after confirmation.
• All other return reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
No C.O.D. or collect shipments will be accepted.
Returns After 90 Days
Returns requested after 90 days still require an approved RMA. These returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds will not be issued. Shipping responsibility follows the same rules outlined above.
Non-Returnable Items
Installed, modified, painted, coated, or altered parts are not eligible for return. Items damaged due to installation, misuse, or improper handling may receive partial or no credit. All items should be test-fit and inspected prior to installation or modification.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, submit an RMA request as soon as possible. Once confirmed, return shipping instructions will be provided. Defective items may be replaced or refunded/store credited at WILD HORSES 4x4’s discretion after inspection.
Inspection & Discretion
All returns are inspected upon receipt. WILD HORSES 4x4 reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions of this policy or the approved RMA process.
Limited Warranty
WILD HORSES INC warrants all merchandise to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. Used and rebuilt parts are warranted for 90 days from the date of sale. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, abuse, improper installation, alteration, negligence, or racing.
Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at WILD HORSES’ discretion. No labor costs for removal or reinstallation will be covered under any circumstances. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded.
WILD HORSES INC reserves the right to alter or change product design, materials, specifications, and suppliers without incurring obligation or liability with respect to previously sold products.
