Early Bronco Custom Steering Linkage
Hard trail miles have a way of exposing weak points, and Early Bronco steering linkage is no exception. After a brutal encounter on the Rubicon turned a 76-77 Bronco Y-style tie rod and drag link into scrap, it was clear that factory steering wasn’t built for real abuse. Moving to the earlier 66-75 Bronco T-style steering improved strength, but it introduced new problems—shorter length and mismatched tapers in the knuckles and pitman arm. That experience led to the development of our custom Early Bronco tie rods and drag links designed to correct those issues while adding strength and adjustability. The result is steering linkage that fits properly, aligns correctly, and holds up when your Bronco is actually used the way it was meant to be.
