Shipping and Return Policy
Returns Policy
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call for Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any merchandise. All returns must be packaged so contents will not be damaged in shipping, with shipping prepaid (no C.O.D.'s accepted) and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Special orders are prepaid and no returns accepted.
Limited Warranty
WILD HORSES INC warrants all merchandise to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at time of shipment. Used parts are warranted for 90 days. Rebuilt parts are warranted for 90 days. Warranty begins at date of sale. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, abuse, improper installation, alteration, negligence, or racing. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at WILD HORSES' discretion. No labor cost for removal or reinstallation will be considered under any circumstances. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded from this warranty.
WILD HORSES INC reserves the right to alter or change the design, material, specifications, and suppliers of all products offered without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products and suppliers previously included in any catalog or web site listing.
Products On Display In Our Lodi Showroom
Selected products are on display at our Lodi, California showroom at 1045 S. Cherokee Lane. These display items are available to order and ship directly to your address — you do not need to take a product home from the store, and you do not need to visit the showroom to place an order.

Approximate delivery time
Orders for products on display typically ship within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States arrives in 3–7 business days depending on destination. Oversized items shipped by freight, hazmat items, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote addresses may take longer. We will confirm an estimated delivery window before finalizing any order that requires freight or special handling.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on item size, weight, and destination, and are displayed at checkout before payment. Freight and oversized shipments are quoted individually; we will provide the quote in writing for your approval before processing the order. Orders ship via UPS, GLS, or freight carrier depending on item size and destination.
