Full description

Our new weld-it-yourself front winch bumper comes to you in bare steel. The winch tray and mounting brackets are 1/4" steel plate while the rest of the bumper is 3/16" steel plate. This provides a very stout mounting platform for your winch and gives your front end a lot of protection without adding to much weight. This unit is designed for use on the 1987-1996 Ford F-150 and Bronco. If you have the welding skills this will save you a bundle!

There are Three different frame designs in this year range. The bumper is designed to bolt to the front of the frame, and mounting bracket holes are 30 1/4" apart, on center. Additional Fabrication or bracketry may be needed, but is not supplied.

I just got this kit for my 89 f150. I live the way it looks and how it came out you do not have to be a professional welder to get this thing together either. I had to do a little custom fitting when mounting it but four holes to drill in pre-existing mounting plates isn't bad. I love the way it looks especially with the little hoop I added and I had it done and on in two days. I highly recommend this kit if you want to get some welding time and and if you want a cool product at the end!
