Spring and Shackle Bushing Kit, Urethane, 66-77 Bronco SKU: 1198

Im very pleased with my urethane bushings. They are high quality, and installed without concern. getting the factory bushings out of the shackles and leafs is a chore, but hopefully you have access to an air chisel. I tried to press them out first, wtih a 20 ton, but the air chisel was the key. Also, the amount of bushing grease they send is so small, you need to plan ahead for how far it goes on all 6 bushing locations on the leaf and shackles. but it can be done, just a light film. enjoy!

Used a propane torch to warm the old bushings and pushed them right out with a hydraulic press, new ones fit perfect. As always, great service and quick delivery.

My old worn out bushings were driving my crazy with all the squeaking. This was a great upgrade and it should have done it sooner! Don't forget to order the bolts along with the bushing to make things easier.
