This Disc Brake Proportioning Valve is the key to getting proper brake pressure distribution in your Bronco or other vehicle's braking system. Available in two versions—disc/drum and disc/disc—this combination valve is tailored to fit your specific brake setup. For vehicles running front disc brakes with rear drums, the disc/drum version includes an integrated metering valve to manage front brake engagement properly. The disc/disc version is calibrated for 4-wheel disc setups and omits the metering valve for optimal performance.

Each valve includes mounting hardware and an electric plug to wire into your brake warning light system, which alerts you if there’s a pressure imbalance between front and rear circuits—a possible sign of a line, caliper, or wheel cylinder issue.

This valve will fit the factory mounting bracket found on 1976-77 Ford Broncos. For a hassle-free install, pair it with our bleeder tool and optional fitting kit (sold separately) that includes adapters for use with common hard lines.
