This magnetic cup holder is great. I have a 72 Bronco and it is very stock which means it doesn't have any place to put a cup and it also means that I don't want to cut into the dash. I also don't want to drill the floor and put in a console. The ram magnetic mount had three high power magnets inside and when you put them in and close the casing (it is intuitive and takes about 30 seconds), the magnetic pull is very strong. I buy the large iced coffees from the dunkin donuts that is local to me which is relatively heavy and can accelerate and brake go over bumps, etc and it doesn't fall. The cup swivels to absorb the momentum and keep the cup upright. It also has a notch out for a coffee cup and a cousy to put a can in. This could be an awesome accessory for your rig.
