We can't tell you guys how many times we've had to pull out that trail welder during some gnarly days of off-roading. Any breakage on the trail sucks, but try getting stuck on the trail during a breakage where a trail welder would have come in handy, but as it turns out...you don't have one! Talk about a long day! With this Portable Trail Welder, you are getting a compact trail welder that can assist you during those tough days of off-roading and work to get you back on the trail/road. Anything is better than getting helicoptered out, right?

If you want the peace of mind for yourself or if you want to be able to offer a helping hand to someone else on the trail, you definitely need to have this trail welder in your tool box. It always comes in handy at the most unexpected times.

We use a traditional wire gun. Why? Most of the time space in very limited depending on what needs to be welded. Spool guns can be bulky and are better suited for your shop. Many times a spool gun will not cooperate in a trail situation. With this welded the spool is located inside the hard case and does not have to be attached to the gun. This will give you the most versatility and allow for getting into tight spaces.
