Full description

WH new MAX OUT travel shock towers give the custom builder flexibility and allow for longer shock to be installed.

WH new MAX OUT travel shock towers will allow for taller shocks to be mounted. At 18" over all length you can move these up into the space created by a body lift or cut material off the bottom and use with stock (no body lift) Broncos. The MAX OUTs will give you some additional flexibility over our standard 14" shock towers. They are much more suited for custom applications. Welding is required for installation.

Asked by Eric, August 21, 2021

Q: Will these mounts fit a 2.0 or 2.5 shock body?

1 Answer

Answered by sales - August 24, 2021

A: The inside width of the shock pocket is 4 1/4. From center of shock bolt to the top of a 2.5 width, down in the shock pocket is approximately 1 1/4. Either shock body should not be a problem.

Asked by Bo Lamb, March 26, 2021

Q: Would these be suitable for use as a coilover mount?

1 Answer

Answered by sales - March 29, 2021

A: We would expect you would want something more substantial for a coil-over mount. We would not recommend these for that use. We do not currently offer any coil-over mounts.

Asked by Mike Russell, January 13, 2021

Q: Running a 5 inch coil what shock would i use with this shock mount

1 Answer

Answered by sales - January 14, 2021

A: WH Shock #77012 33 extended 19 Compressed should be a good fit.

Asked by Anonymous, March 10, 2020

Q: It looks like the vertical seam or bend in the area of the frame is cut. I am not sure if this is a reflection or actually a seam to allow for adjustment and then welded by the customer.

1 Answer

Answered by sales - March 10, 2020

A: It is a seam, where the bends meet. It allows for minor adjustment before finish welding.

Asked by Jarrod Bunch, November 29, 2019

Q: Is the price of these for a pair or a single tower? Thanks

1 Answer

Answered by sales - December 4, 2019

A: The towers are sold per pair.

I wanted to dump my double shock hoops for more of a stock look yet nicely lifted. I cut about an inch off the bottom of the tower and it tucked nicely in the fender well with my one inch body lift and 3 inch suspension. Stick welded it in there and looks awesome
