Q: Is it 3.1a per USB? Or is 3.1a total output?

Q: How does this work...Does it come with wires to connect, or it it simply the USB outlet. Im confused how it gets the power and how it works...? Thanks

A: The USB port does not come with wiring. It will require a positive 12 volt and a ground wire.
