Q: Will these work with a soft top or is some cutting or other adjustment required?

A: We would not expect any issues running these with a soft top. There should not be any additional adjustment or fitting to do so.

Q: Does the price of $239.99 for both sides ? All 4 peices? I have a70 bronco withe 2 stock fuel tanks I think the two side are different! Please advise ! I think I had 3 or so questions! Mike

A: No, the driver side inner quarter panel is shaped differently for the 77, due to the 77's gas doors and filler neck setup.
