Early Bronco Power Steering Conversion Kit with Billet Pulleys

Check out our new and improved 66-77 Ford Bronco power steering kit! This power steering conversion kit is just what you need to upgrade your early Bronco from manual to power steering. Kit includes the following components:

4-Bolt Quick Ratio Power Steering Gearbox: This kit features a brand new 4-bolt quick ratio power steering gearbox. Installing the power steering box is a breeze - it bolts right on using the existing frame holes. For added strength, recommended when running oversize tires, simply drill the frame to match the fourth mounting point on the gearbox. Mounting hardware is included to support all four mounting holes. This box will support stock and drop pitman arms.

HD Power Steering Pump with Brackets, V-Belt Pulley & Belt:: Our heavy-duty Delphi-style power steering pump is ready to install with the v-belt pulley preloaded. We have included all the brackets you need to mount your new steering pump to the Bronco's 289 or 302 small block Ford engine. If you have a Ford 351W motor, this kit can be installed by adding a #8048 Power Steering Adapter for 351W to your order. Our pump reservoirs come with silver zinc coating to prevent corrosion. The pump itself is also coated to prevent rust.

High & Low Pressure Steering Hoses: This early Bronco power steering conversion includes the necessary high pressure and low pressure return steering hoses. Our steering hoses are high quality and fit perfectly.

Hard Anodized Black Billet Water Pump & Crank Pulleys: To run power steering on a classic Ford Bronco, you must have dual groove water pump and crankshaft pulleys. Our hard anodized black billet aluminum pulleys are more than up to the task. They are designed specifically for the early Bronco application to ensure proper pulley alignment. The hard anodized black finish not only looks great, but it prevents wear marks caused by the v-belt on typical powder-coated pulleys. Our engine pulleys are 5.75-inch diameter just like original early Bronco pulleys. The crank pulley supports 3-bolt or 4-bolt harmonic dampers. It includes a steel centering ring (most pulleys come with plastic if they come with one at all). The steel version is much more durable and prevents warping or dislodging.

Custom Collapsible Lower Steering Shaft: Our custom collapsible steering shafts are made in house using high quality steering components. This shaft will come with a lower billet u-joint that connects to the new power steering box. Select your steering column during checkout and we will match the upper billet u-joint to your column. Our collapsible steering shafts include a protective grease boot in the center to keep it running smoothly. They support stock or body lifted applications.
