Full description
The system 3 is geared toward street use with mild camping/fishing type off-roading. The kit comes exactly as pictured starting with the front coils, Bilstein shocks, c-bushings, trac bar bushings and rubber degreed radius arm bushings. For the rear section you get our progressive leaf springs, Bilstein shocks, urethane spring and shackle bushings and our Extreme Duty u-bolt and plate kit.
There are many options (see related products)that can be included. We recommend front and rear brake hoses and right and left e-brake cables. For increased stability in the corners add a front anti sway bar.
Please don't fail to call with any questions. We would be happy to design a system specifically to accommodate your needs and budget.
You will need to add a drop pitman arm (see below) to keep the draglink and trac bar in alignment unless you already have one or are using the inside of the frame F100 2WD steering box conversion. Call us if you have any questions.

Q: What hardware do I need for installing this kit? I have the spring and shackle bolt kit, the radius arm bolt kit, shackles, and nothing for the front :-) I'm working from a bare frame. Thanks!!

A: We now offer #'s 1011 and 1013 which can get you some shock hardware, and hardware for the coil spring mounting. Other than that, the local hardware store should have any additional replacements.

Q: I purchased your 3.5 lift kit. My bronco wonder. what angle are the c-bushings?
Do I need to purchase some with more angle?
Answered by ☆ sales - May 18, 2020
A: The 3.5 kits come standard with 7 degree bushings. Target caster is between +4 and +9. 7 degree bushings are the most you can get in a bushing. If you need more caster, radius arm drop brackets, or extended radius arms would be the next step.

Q: I now have an older 3.5 lift on my 70EB. I'd like to change to your new 2.5 lift with Bilstein shocks. Do I need to worry about my drive line being too long with lower lift? If I do, how do I check this measurement? Thanks, BA
Answered by ☆ sales - June 6, 2014
A: With only this slight change in lift height you should be OK. As long as you end up with a minimum of about 1.5 collapsible area your good.

Q: Will the premium 3.5 suspension system clear 35 tires? My rear fenders are cut. Thanks

A: Cut the front also. Use WH Gorilla WarFlares and the 35s will fit. Take a look at our video linked here. You may have to copy and paste the link.
