Q: I tried another led in my dash but they don't seem dimmable? Is this a problem with leds?

A: It may be a problem with some LED's. So far, we have not had an issue with this kit dimming as needed.

Q: How do the old bulbs come out? Screw out, pull out? I do not want to break them off....

A: They twist. Push in lightly on the face of the bulb, twist the bulb to the left, and it should release and pull out. To install the new bulb, push in lightly, twist to the right to engage.
