Q: Can you tell me the length of the tank from front to back. I'm looking for a tank that will fit in a frame that has had the rear cross member moved back 3". Thank you

A: Across the top of the tank, front to back is 16.5", with a 2.5" step down, then 3.5" to the back. Total, front to back, approx. 20".
