Centech Wiring Harness | |

Item #: 6092A Our harness uses wires that are labeled and able to withstand up to 275 degree heat. We have eliminated all of the areas which are prone to electrical failure. Our fuse box holds 11 fuses instead of the original 5, and it still fits right in the glove box. The kit includes a new Ford headlamp switch, dimmer switch and wiper switch. You can use your existing ignition switch with this kit but we recommend purchasing a new one (part #6060). Extra long wires are provided to allow you to use modified electrical equipment such as an automatic transmission with a floor mounted shifter containing the neutral safety and backup lamp switches. The engine section of the harness contains special waterproof connectors which seal each wire against oil, gasoline and other liquids. These wires supply power to your stock or aftermarket ignition system. A special harness is included to wire the charging system with a late model external regulator. The rear harness plugs into a sealed connector located in the engine compartment. It wires the tail, side, backup and stop lamps. The rear harness also includes the fuel sender wires. This kit is not one of those 10 spools of wire and a bunch of crimp on connectors that you get to guess how it goes together type kits. Our kits are pre-wired, taped and most terminals are connected. Digital Dash | |

Item #: 6099 Here's a great idea, replace all those old gauges in your dash with one unit. Our complete kit includes a fully digital display system which fits right into your stock Bronco gauge cluster with no modifications to the metal dash. You also get an easy to use electronic control box, complete sensor package and instruction manual. Gauges included on the display replace all the factory gauges and more. You get easy to read speedometer, odometer, fuel level, oil pressure, water temp and volt meter. Also included is the 8,000 RPM tachometer, tachometer bar, trip meter, check engine light for use with ECM or on EFI engines, warning lights for brakes, low oil pressure and high water temp. There is a built in programmable RPM limiter and programmable speedometer for correctly calibrating for larger tires and gear changes. For our Canadian friends Metric read out is selected with the push of a button. Tachometer will work with 4, 6, 8 and 10 cylinder engines. Straight forward instructions make your install a piece of cake. The Teal color is best for open top wheelers who are out in the sun and we also stock the Blue display. If you are using an Atlas be sure to include #8489 in your order. This will give you what you need to use the digital dash with the Atlas. Illuminator Headlight Harness | |

Item #: 6106 The old Bronco light switch can barely handle the current needed to run stock headlights. Maybe you have had the flickering Bronco headlight syndrome. The stock headlight switch definitely can't handle the current needed to run modern H4 bulbs. That's where the Illuminator harness comes in. Plug the Illuminator harness in and the old light switch activates the new harness and its load bearing relays to bring power from the battery directly to the headlights. The Illuminator also takes modern headlight harness technology one step further with the optional dual beam pattern (for off-road use). The Illuminator includes a diode which can be hooked up to run both high and low beams simultaneously. Running the dual beam may shorten the life span of the bulb and is probably too bright for normal driving but it could be a big help in off-road situations. You could take advantage of this feature by installing a toggle switch on your dash to provide instant engagement and disengagement of the dual beams.
