Will these work with a 3.5 suspension lift? And if not what are my other options?

RS999001 would be a better ball-park kit. It also depends on what you have for shock mounts, and the style of mounting for each. It is best to measure from mounting point to mounting point for each shock, with the vehicle under its own weight. Then use that measurement to select shocks, or give us a call and we can help you pick.
