What is the difference between this (PP10113), and 6095CW (which does not say Direct Fit).<br>Thanks

They are the same harness. We only carry one Painless harness. There are different #'s, ours and the Painless part #'s. And our part #'s with the Painless Harness and options for switches, no switches, and kits.
