I'm thinking about purchasing the E Street 190 heads and the Edlebrock FI kit. My question is will the heads provide additional horsepower? If so how much?

The 1.90 heads provide a good improvement on both HP and torque. You may talk to Edelbrock directly, or an engine builder for further info, based on the rest of your specs.
