Can you use this intake and keep your stock 2 barrel carb? Or does this require an upgrade to a 4 barrel?

It does require a 4 barrel upgrade. A carburetor adapter may let you do it, but the space is tight. You'd be better staying with a 2 bbl manifold, or getting a 4bbl manifold and carb as well.
