Do these hoses work on F 150 knuckle conversion brakes as well?

It depends on the front axle hard lines. These accept a
7/16-24 hard line fitting. We have other hoses available with the same caliper end, to a 3/8-24 or 3/16 hard line fitting. Part #3188. One or the other should work for you depending on what else was used.
