can this be installed with a asperated Holly carb with the idea of eventually moving to a EFI system? just trying not to have to replace the fuel pump twice?

You would have to run a pressure regulator and a return line. It would be better to add the efi pump later. Basically you would need to cut the pressure from 90-110 psi to 4-7 psi. Huge jump.
