I did a shackle flip on my 68 Bronco resulting in a 3 lift, will it be ok to use your Wrap Trap with this arrangement?

We would not expect an issue with your shackle flip and the wrap trap. You just need sufficient space between the axle brackets and the body through the suspensions travel.
