Will these bushings fix the caster on a 5.5 lift?

They will or can help, but probably not fix. Usually you need more Caster than you can get from bushings alone. Radius arm drop brackets, or extended radius arms will help you there, depending on your use and or budget. We sell drop brackets, #1605.
