I have your 3 1/2 in suspension that uses the raised shock towers requiring the wheel well to be cut out. I'm wondering if the quick fold rear bench seat will still be able to fold?

Usually not with the 40 bench seat. Normally with the Extreme Rear mounts, you need a 36 wide fold and tumble. Best to measure for the space you end up with though.
