It says based off 76-77 but it will work on all twin traction bar setups is what I'm reading I have an 86 just want to make sure that they'll work on later years as well

They will work on later years, at least up to 78-79, but the 76-77 design limits the amount of wheel back spacing you can run. You may check directly with Reid for your specific model and fitment.
