Do these members come powder coated as shown? are there options to have them powdercoated different colors?  Do these come with 1310 yokes or 1350?

The 3rd members do not come powdercoated, they come raw, only. It comes standard with a 1310 yoke, but if you want a 1350, we can set that up too.
