What is the length of the linkage arm between the pivot pins, and the total length of the shift lever? Also, what changes when selecting the different body lift height? Looking at this as an option for a custom truck (non-Bronco).

The arm length is approx. 15 1/4, the handle is approx. 14 tall. The handle base is what changes. It is 5 3/8 tall for stock to 1 BL, and 3 3/4 tall for 2-3 BL.
