Does this master cylinder (3140) come with the rubber boot (dust cover) and push rod? Also, what size fittings are required? My old master cylinder has a larger fitting for the rear port (front brakes), than for the front port (rear brakes).

Currently in the box is; the master cylinder, 1 - pedal push rod with a dust boot, as well as 2 plugs for bleeding, and bleeding instructions. The large res. outlet is 1/2, and small res. outlet is 9/16.
