I am looking to replace my OEM tube which has a rusted out support. I am 99 pct certain my existing tube extends beyond the stop into the oil pan by 1-2 inches. Is there a reason this is not an exact replacement? I am concerned that other dimensions could vary too, preventing my oem dipstick from giving proper readings. Thanks John
