Is a regulator needed with this pump? I have a edlebrock 4 barrel 650

Edelbrock Micro Electric Fuel Pump | 38 GPH @ 4-7 PSI | Fuel Type Gas/E85

We would not expect the need for a regulator. 4-7 psi is typical for most 2 or 4 bbl carbs.
