I changed my original 1979 bronco power steering pump to a Saginaw P series power steering pump. Will this work with a Saginaw P series power steering pump?

Yes, in fact we recommend the P pumps over the stock pump, as the performance and pressure is better for the additional demand. We would expect no issue.
