Two questions. First, will I need to make any modifications to this if I am running a body lift? Second, what is the thread size for the shift knob?

The shifter mounts directly to the trans. It does not normally require more room or trimming than the standard AX15 shifter, though if one Bronco did need extra fitment, the B&M would still be the best option. The shifter accepts a 3/8 NC xxxx .
