It has been done before but will take some extra work. You may have to move the cross member a little. The main thing to come up with is a clutch that will work. You will need a custom clutch disc splines for the 3550 with the right diameter for your pressure plate. WH has not done the conversion in house and unfortunately we don't have the custom parts needed.
