Will the trac bar riser interfere with the bump stop or heavy duty spring cups? Also, what is the max amount of rise that it provides?

Yes, potentially interference with both. Normally either or both can be trimmed, or room can be made, for all of it together, with modification. The max rise, c-c from the stock track bar bolt on a D30 or 71-75 D44 is 4.5. On a 76-77 D44, about 3 by design.
