will this work with other roof rack systems too? I have a hooke road 2-door bronco rack but they arent making the rotopax mounts for the 2-door now.

Unfortunately we can not say for sure. You may be able to modify it or create an adapter to make it work, but it is really designed for use with the Badass racks.
