Will this cover work on a 1973 FORD BRONCO with a 3 inch lift and a back bumper REAR ROCK BLOCKER BUMPER W/TIRE RACK. And a front bumper with a winch?

The cover will not cover your entire bronco bumper to bumper. It is too small. Our covers will fit over a stock Bronco, with stock bumpers, and a stock size tire on the stock tire carrier. You will most likely not be covering either bumper.
