Does it matter if the spark plug boot is straight or 90 degree? Is it the same for stock exhaust manifolds vs. headers? Thank you

Straight, 45, or 90 degree plug boots should not effect the wire dividers use. The wire divider will work with both stock manifolds and headers. The dividers are mounted with the valve cover bolts.
