Do these wires come with the msd logo on the ends that connect to the distributor like shown on the box? Or do they have the msd wire separator cap tops?

• Will these fit a msd distributor ready to run on a 1966 mustang 289? Also will these work with the machined plug wire di fitment
• Are these cut to length to fit 289,and do they come in blue? Thanks fitment
