My latch keeps gets stuck in lock position. I replaced the latch but still have same problem. It pulls up but not all the way and I have to push the little toggle on the bottom of the latch to get it to come all the way up and unlock. Do you think it's just this rod that needs replaced?

• Is this for 2 complete sets of seat belts - 1 for driver seat and 1 for passenger seat general
• How long is the retractable section of this belt and the fixed section of this belt? general
• Will these work well with the rear passenger seats? Do you have any additional pictures of the other hardware included general
