Will this switch work with the Grant 2939 steering wheel adapter on a stock 76 column? Will this work to make the horn blow properly?

Yes, it should work with a stock or aftermarket wheel. The grant adapter will need to be able to transfer the signal, to the horn button. We would not expect an issue, when complete and installed properly.
