Does this kit allow the window to drop fully into the door or does it leave part of the glass showing when in the down position?

• i have the one piece glass conversation. can i still use this kit general
• Will this work with the solid side window kits that eliminate the small triangle window? fitment
• Is there an option to control the passenger window from the driver side if you go for the Nu-Crank option which allows y availability
