Can these seats lean forward to allow access to the back seat and do they require any new holes to be drilled?

• Can these be ordered with heat and/or ventilation? Also, can they be ordered in cloth or with cloth inserts? general
• Purchasing as option #2 or #3: does it come with the necessary mounting hardware? Does the stock hardware need to be re install
• Will option #2 work with the Tuffy drawer #3460? fitment
