I have a 1969 Bronco with speaker vents in the dash but no holes for mounting a speaker. Will this require that I drill holes in dash?

• will this speaker mount to the exsisting holes that the factory speaker uses? install
• Does anybody know if this speaker will fit with Vintage Air under the dash? fitment
• Will this fit a 66 dash? Will it fit the speaker ready fiberglass door panels? fitment
