Got these headlights and they were quick to hook up, but the halo isn't working with the turn signal, as in it's not blinking orange. Is that what it's supposed to do? If so, what is or isn't hooked up correctly?

• Plugged into the new wiring harness. Ran green wire to hot white wire on the turn signals. Lights are not illuminating install
• The headlight have 2 extra wires, red and green, other than the main headlight wire. I need to know where to plug in the install
• Are these plug and play or is a wiring kit needed? install
