Are the halos amber and white (depending on flashing state) or just white all the time?

• Can the Halo (circle light) be wired to be on all the time with ignition on or tied into being on with park/ running lig install
• Do you have a wiring diagram or wire color key for the headlight and the halo. Doing a complete body rewire so no exist install
• Which wire is for the turn signal and which for the running light? install
