Do all the holes match the stock seats? Any drilling of new holes needed?

Existing holes are normally used for the driver seat bracket, and the front of the passenger seat bracket. The passenger seat bracket at the back of the seat will require new holes be drilled. The stock passenger seat did not originally mount at the back, only rested on stops and the latch.
