Will this distributor work with my stock 302 as far as the distributor gear goes or will I need to change it out?

Yes, 66-77 stock Bronco should pose no issue. However, If you know you have something different, or special, like IF, you have a roller cam, or know you need a special gear, this does not include it. This is for standard non-roller applications.
