I am installing a new CENTECH wiring harness and the WH Revolution 7 LED Headlight Kit #6147. Do I need the Night Lighter Headlight Harness #6129 to make this work properly?

You do not have to use an additional harness. However it is a nice upgrade, and makes life easier for your headlight switch.
